The studio, which relocated from downtown Sarnia to a new facility at 824 Phillip Street in September of 2025, issued a statement this week confirming the change. According to the update, current owner Haylee LaCroix has decided to step away from the business, and a previously anticipated ownership transfer to Stefanie Bunko will not proceed.
As a result, all classes are paused effective November 24, 2025, until a new owner is confirmed and the studio is ready to reopen.
Chrome 45 offers a wide range of programming, including pole dance, belly dance, pilates, yoga, karate, stretching classes, and general fitness training.
In its announcement, the studio noted that all active memberships are being placed on hold automatically and no further payments will be processed during the transition. Remaining class credits for past students will be preserved and available once operations resume.
The studio also advised that updates will be shared by email and through its social media platforms. They announced that classes will not continue until new ownership is confirmed. They also clarified that the message applies to both current and past students, as many may be interested in returning once operations resume.
According to the FAQ, unused classes or passes will not be lost, and remaining credits will be frozen and carried forward. Active memberships are on hold immediately, and no payments will be processed until the studio reopens.
Students with questions can contact the studio at [email protected].
