Nicole “Nikki” Louise Mitchell was born the second child of Doug and Rose Mitchell. She is survived by her father, Doug Mitchell, and Joanne Dunn; her brother Cam (Monica); her sister Ashley Morneau (Don); Andrea Celovsky; Seamus Virgin; Patrick Virgin; and her cherished nieces and nephews Eden Morneau, Donald Morneau, and Evelyn Rose Mitchell. She is also remembered by many relatives from the Lalonde and Mitchell families.
Nikki is predeceased by her mother, Rose Marie (Lalonde), and her grandparents Joseph and Rita Mitchell and Arnold and Delores Lalonde.
Nikki had a deep and enduring love for animals – many animals! Nothing made her happier than cuddling up with one or more of her beloved fur babies to watch a movie or simply relax. We will miss you, Nikki. Each time we see a playful bundle of puppies or kittens, we will think of you with love.
Cremation has taken place. Nikki’s ashes will be scattered at a private family gathering, with a public Celebration of Life planned for a later date when the weather is warmer.
