It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Sidney James Levasseur, who passed away peacefully on November 11, 2025, at the age of 82, in Sarnia, Ontario.
Sidney was a devoted father to Elishia (Jay) and Jodie (James), and a proud grandfather to Braydon, Cody, Austin, Shelbie, and Payton. He was also a cherished great-grandfather to Claire, Eliana, Ainsley, Rylee, Zoey, Hayden, and Casey, who will always remember his warmth, humour, and love.
A hardworking and talented man, Sidney was a truck driver and mechanic – truly a jack of all trades. He had a passion for engines and the open road, and he loved riding motorcycles. His hands were never idle, and his heart was always full when surrounded by family.
Sidney’s legacy lives on through the many lives he touched with his kindness, stories, and steadfast spirit.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Christa Kerr for her exceptional care, compassion, and kindness.
