Get ready for a day of big trucks and family fun as the Point Edward Early Learning Centre hosts its 2nd Annual Touch-a-Truck Fundraiser on Saturday, September 27th 2025.
From 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., the Optimist Hall parking lot at 210 Monk Street will be filled with a variety of vehicles for children and families to explore. The lineup includes fire trucks, garbage trucks, and many more, giving kids a unique opportunity to get up close and personal with the machines they see every day.
Admission is $5 per person, with a family maximum of $20. In addition to exploring the vehicles, families can enjoy hot dogs and drinks available for purchase, as well as a variety of activities for children.
The event, which will take place rain or shine, is a fundraiser to help update the Main Site playgrounds for the Point Edward Early Learning Centre. It's a great chance for the community to come together, have fun, and support a valuable cause.
