Frustrated by transport trucks using car lanes at bridge backups

I’m writing about the on going issues with the BW Bridge backups. I travel this stretch of highway from Modeland Rd to the bridge 6 days a week to work. Coming home eastbound around noon.

I'm writing about the on going issues with the BW Bridge backups. I travel this stretch of highway from Modeland Rd to the bridge 6 days a week to work. Coming home eastbound around noon. I've read all the articles about the Mayor's frustration and also the police. I see on so many occasions that there are a number of transports driving in the "car" lane trying to get ahead of other transports who have been waiting their turn. This drives me crazy! I've been caught a number of times behind one in the car lane who's stopping short of the bridge and then causing the cars to be backed up. I don't blame the other transport drivers for not letting them in. The "proper" lanes are clearly marked and of course everytime I see this happening there's no police or MTO to be found? Why can't we have video surveillance installed? This would free up the police and handle the offenders. Surely something can be done to make this stretch of highway safer! I would expect the fines would pay for the surveillance in no time!
