Reunited with his beloved wife of 65 years, Pat. Loving father of Patricia, the late Richard (Renate), Shaun (Mary), Scott (Debbie), and Terry (Diane). Cherished grandfather of Brian (Karen), Colleen (James), Kirsten, Jonathan (Lauren), Jeffrey (Jenn), Krystal (Michael), the late Jennifer (Adam), Aaron (Emma), Jeff (Meghan), and Jessica (Mitch). Treasured great-grandfather of Hendrik, Evelyn, Eli, Josephine, Ava, Edwin; MacKenzie, Jillian; Marissa, Aubrey; Issac, Noah, Lucas; Georgia, and Maddy. Dear brother of the late Diane Oughtred.
Family and friends will be received at Smith Funeral Home, 1576 London Line, Sarnia, on Monday, August 18, 2025, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held at Smith Funeral Home on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. A livestream will be available on Blair’s memorial page at the time of service. A private family interment will be held in Wyoming Cemetery, Wyoming, ON. Sympathy may be expressed through donations to the Inn of the Good Shepherd (cheques only at the funeral home please).
