Peacefully, on Thursday, May 15, 2025, at Vision Nursing Home, Robert “Bob” Pursel passed away at the age of 84. Beloved husband of Monica Pursel. Loving father of Darren (Tanya) and Dwayne (Lori) Pursel. Cherished grandfather of Jordan Pursel and Taylor Pursel. Dear brother of Lyn Causley, Margaret Pursel, Carol Causley, and Sandy Breakey. Predeceased by his parents Jack and Helen and brother John Pursel, and sister Georgia Pursel. Bob was a jack of all trades and an expert story teller. For the last 1.5 years of his life he could be found visiting his wife at Vision Long-Term Care, or at Chuck's visiting with Julie and Sue. Most of Bob's stories came from dealing with the public during his 47 year barbering career. Cremation has taken place. A private burial of ashes will take place. Sympathy may be expressed through donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation (cheques only at the funeral home please). Arrangements entrusted to Smith Funeral Home, 1576 London Line, Sarnia.
