With sadness and a feeling of peace we announce the passing of Mr. David Francis Van Snick on Thursday, April 3, 2025 at the age of 64 years.
He was born and raised in Wallaceburg a son of the late George and Anita (McDonald) Van Snick. Loving father of Branden (Danielle) Van Snick and cherished grandfather of Abby and Jackson. Dear partner of, his angel Yvette Buxton and her children Jessica, Sammantha and Daniel. Kind brother of Don Van Snick, Phil (Butch) Van Snick, Paul (Troy) Van Snick and Janice (Jason) Wilkens. He will be missed by many nieces, nephews, family and friends especially the “Knuckleheads”. He loved Fishing, Hunting (Goose Valley), Gardening, Motorcycles, Darts and Archery. He also had a great time making his own wine, sampling and sharing with family and friends.
The late David Van Snick rested at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home Ltd. 639 Elgin St., Wallaceburg. Following his wishes, cremation has taken place.
