On the 28th of February 2025 at10:37pm, police were called to the Indian Rd and Exmouth Street area for several people yelling and screaming.  A second call came in from a nearby business advising that a male had assaulted the manager of the store as she was taking the garbage out. The suspect had run off.  The manager was not injured.

Responding officers observed the suspect running through an Exmouth St parking lot.  Investigation revealed that the 44 year old manager had been working at a retail business and was loading cardboard into a vehicle.  The suspect walked by and slammed her car door shut.  A verbal altercation ensued during which the suspect struck her arm.  The suspect, and three other males who were with him (but not directly involved), fled down Exmouth St.  Shortly after their flight, officers observed the suspect and placed him under arrest.

As a result, Keith FOSTER 29 years of Euphemia Street, has been held for bail on the following charges:

  • Assault contrary to section 266 of the Criminal Code
  • Breach Probation contrary to section 733.1(1) of the Criminal Code
