After a valiant struggle with COPD, John Carman “Carm” Clark of Forest, Ontario in his 71st year, passed peacefully with his children by his side.

Carm will be very missed by his children Carla (Nick) Sitter and Tim (Tiffany) Clark. Poppa Clark will always be remembered by his grandchildren Chelsea, Cale, Gavin, Hayden, and Alex. Dear Brother to Ron (Sharon) Clark of Warwick Village. Carm is predeceased by his twin sons Robert and Randy; parents Dr. Stan and Helen Clark; as well as his siblings Marilyn, Gary and Craig.

Carm will always be remembered as a collector of unique things, most recently his dye cast and model trucks. He was a lover of classic cars, treasuring the time he spent at car shows with his 1940 Chevy Coupe. Carla and Tim wish to thank Dr. Lily and all of the nurses at Bluewater Health – Palliative Medicine for the exceptional care Carm received over the past four months.

To the several people who helped Dad at home these past four years, we are truly thankful for your kindness and generosity.

A special thank you to Larry Pedden – you have gone above and beyond over the years with all your help and kindness to Dad.

In honour of Dad’s wishes cremation has taken place. A visitation will be conducted at Gilpin Funeral Chapel, 123 King Street East, Forest on June 7th, 2024, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. A private family interment to take place at a later date.

In honour of Carm’s love for classic cars & hot rods, the family invites you to bring your car to the visitation where a small car show will be taking place.
