Embracing the radiant spirit of Joan Margaret Rotondi, who peacefully passed on Wednesday, May 1, 2024, at the age of 61. She will be deeply missed by her adoring husband, Aldo, loving daughter, Mia, siblings William Jeffrey, Mary Jeffrey and many other loved ones, while reuniting with her dear sister, Ann O’Leary. Joan’s kindness, authenticity and passion for fun was contagious and touched the hearts of all who knew her. Her legacy will forever be cherished and remembered through fond memories, music, sunny days at the marina, and backyard bonfires. Though she has left us much too soon, her spirit will forever inspire us to live with the same zest for life.
Family and friends will be received at Smith Funeral Home, 1576 London Line, Sarnia, on Monday, May 6, 2024, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. A funeral service will take place at Smith Funeral Home on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, at 11:00 a.m., with visitation being held one hour prior. Interment to follow in Lakeview Cemetery.
