A 40-year-old Lambton County resident is facing charges in connection to an intimate partner violence investigation, Lambton OPP say.
On Sunday, April 21, officers were dispatched to an address in St. Clair Township for a report of a disturbance just before 7:30 p.m., police said in a news release.
As a result of the investigation, a 40-year-old of Lambton County, has been charged under the Criminal Code with:
· Assault Causing Bodily Harm – Spousal
· Mischief Under $ 5,000
The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice at a future date to speak to the charges.
