BURNSIDE, Brent

Brent James Burnside passed away on January 7, 2024, in Sarnia, ON, at the age of 56. He was predeceased by father Richard (2017) and is survived by mother Ann, brother Derek (Nazy), and nieces Alicia and Christina. Brent had a sly wit and great sense of humor and loved cheering on his favorite Toronto sports teams, especially the Leafs. Brent had various positions in the social work and culinary fields and took pride in his prior volunteer efforts at the Family Counselling Centre of Sarnia-Lambton. He will be remembered for his caring soul and spirit. A funeral service will be held at St. Michael’s Church, 1920 Wildwood Dr., Brights Grove, on Friday, January 12, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. Donations to the March of Dimes or charity of choice in memory of Brent are welcomed (cheques only at the funeral home, please).
