Motorists are being asked to avoid the area of Lakeshore Road between Colborne and Indian Roads in Sarnia following a single motor vehicle collision.
A Sarnia Police post on Twitter showed the vehicle on its roof, next to a snapped hydro pole.
Bluewater Power said about 400 customers in the area were affected.
