Lambton OPP are thanking the public and media for their assistance in a vehicle theft investigation stemming from an incident in St. Clair Township last month.
“The individual wanted by police was taken into custody,” noted a post on Twitter from OPP West Region. “Further information will be provided when available.”
Police had asked for the public’s assistance in locating 33-year-old Cody Price as a result of an incident that took place on Dec 30, 2022 in St. Clair Township.
Police said Price is a repeat offender who steals multiple vehicles a day (specifically pickup trucks).
He was wanted for: flight from police, assaulting a peace officer with a weapon, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, theft of motor vehicle (multiple counts), break and enter, and failure to comply with release.
