Around 300 people gathered at Sarnia’s mosque on London Line Wednesday night for an Interfaith Solidarity and Open House event hosted by the Sarnia Muslim Association.

Around 300 people gathered at Sarnia’s mosque on London Line Wednesday night for an Interfaith Solidarity and Open House event hosted by the Sarnia Muslim Association. The event was held to honour those killed in a deadly shooting at a Quebec mosque last month, and show support for Sarnia’s Muslim community. Speakers included Sarnia-Lambton MPP Bob Bailey, Mayor Mike Bradley, Sarnia Police Chief Phil Nelson and education and outreach secretary Aruba Mahmud.
