Sarnia goalie Aidan Hughes was one of 31 CHL goaltenders ranked, and one of 153 players named overall.
Ruzicka is also one of 40 elite CHL players who will compete in the 2017 CHL/NHL Top Prospects game on Jan 30 in Quebec City.
Last season, 152 CHL players appeared in the midterm rankings and 96 were selected in the 2016 NHL draft in Buffalo.
