City council decided to try to sell the building and block bounded by Mitton, Essex, Mackenzie and Bright streets for a second time last month. It was vacated in 2011 after the General and St. Joseph’s hospitals amalgamated to create Bluewater Health.
A brief presentation about the RFP process will be followed by an informal discussion with city and hospital staff.
The meeting begins 7 p.m. at the Lochiel Kiwanis Community Centre, 180 College Avenue North.
The RFP is expected by mid-February with a closing date of May 31.
