Tom Moore holds up a fishing rig he recovered while snorkelling near the LAWSS water plant at the mouth of the St. Clair River. Snorkelling has allowed the Sarnia residents to keep his tackle box stocked the past 20 years, plus “it’s a great way to keep cool,” he said.
