I thought I knew you, but I was wrong.
You were no fence sitter. You were one of the most reliable conservatives in the country. You backed the truckers and the Freedom Convoy. You opposed Justin Trudeau's Emergencies Act. You were against forced vaccinations and lockdowns. You pushed to reopen the abortion debate and were openly pro-life in that parliament where that's increasingly rare. You were outspoken in your opposition to the Liberals hate crime C-9.
Now you are a Liberal – the party that has made its policy to block pro-life candidates ever running under its banner. After campaigning on one set of values, you flipped the moment it suited your ambition. This is a blatant, undemocratic power grab that strips your constituents of the representation that they voted for, and it reeks of hypocrisy, opportunism and contempt for the people you were supposed to serve. You have lost all credibility. Shame on you.
After turning against all your Christian beliefs, you and Carney have clearly stated that you will vote for the complete Liberal government platform. You will have to salve your conscience to do so!
