It is with great sadness that the family of Dawn Carole Ferns (née Jones) announces her passing on March 6, 2026, at Lambton Meadowview Villa, at the age of 91.
Dawn was the beloved wife of the late Robert Ferns. She was a devoted and loving mother to Becky (Paul), Beverly, Barbara (Terry), and Robert. She was a proud and cherished grandmother to Tara, Jeremy, Aaron, Ashley, Jessica, Marlee, Zach, Tyler, and Shar, and a much-loved great-grandmother to Connor, Jayden, Brady, Logan, Ava, Lilly, Everly, Charlee, Phoenix, Haiden, Paige, Rennly, and Leo. She will also be lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Dawn found joy in life’s simple pleasures. She loved watching figure skating and spending quiet time knitting and sewing. She especially enjoyed golfing and travelling, but nothing brought her more happiness than spending time with her family and spoiling her grandchildren.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the caring staff at Lambton Meadowview Villa for their kindness, compassion, and support.
