With family by her side and surrounded by love, Norma Elsie Lagacy passed away on October 7, 2026.

Norma was a true people person who had a wonderful way of making friends wherever she went. Her warm smile, affectionate nature and love of being around others made her a joy to know. She especially enjoyed sharing meals, spending time with friends and making memories with those she loved. As an original member and tenant of Habitat for Seniors, Norma took great pride in being part of the community and continued to give back through volunteering. Above all, she treasured time spent with her grandchildren and her beloved grand-furbaby, who brought her so much happiness.

Norma was the loving mother of Amy (Eric) and Adam, and proud grandmother of Emma, Avery and Caden. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Jerry; her brother, Jack; and her parents, Ruth and Claude.

The family wishes to extend their heartfelt thanks to the wonderful staff of Bluewater Health's MEDT and Palliative Care units for their kindness, compassion and care shown to Norma and her family.

As per Norma's wishes, cremation has taken place and no services will be held.

In honour of Norma's memory, donations may be made to Habitat for Humanity Sarnia/Lambton.
