Twin Bridges Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinic presents a structured group discussion led by a facilitator. Strategies for coping and managing emotions such as (but not limited to) anger, anxiety, sadness and shame. Thursdays 1:30 p.m.-2:30 p.m., February 16th- March 9th (4 weeks).
All programs will use the Front Street Entrance.
