West Lambton Community Health Centre invites you to join them with a virtual workshop – Master Your Health. May 16th – June 20th, from 1:30-3:30pm. This is a 6 week virtual program for people living with Chronic Diseases and/or their Caregivers. This workshop entails managing your chronic conditions/stress, incorporating healthy eating, relaxation techniques and much more!
