Scottish Country Dancing

It’s social! It’s fun! Country Dancing (as opposed to Highland Dancing, which is generally competitive and done in solo – think of the Sword Dance) is done in sets of 6 or 8 people, to prescribed steps. The only equipment required is a set of soft-soled shoes. Instruction is provided by a certified instructor. Original event categories: Folk Dance Dance Performing Arts
