Y Mind Teen is a no cost, 7-week, early intervention support group for young people (13-18) experiencing symptoms of stress, worry and mild-moderate anxiety.
Y Mind information sessions will allow you to get a feel for what group will be like, meet the facilitators and other potential participants as well as streamline your intake.
