SUMMARY:Pelvic Health Series: Pelvic Floor Muscle Training
DESCRIPTION:Twin Bridges Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinic invites you to join them for exercises to restore the correct balance of tone and tension for proper function of the pelvic floor to prevent and/or reduce symptoms of pelvic floor disorders (ie. incontinence\, etc). **Please bring your own mat.** Thursdays 10-11 a.m.\, January 5th-26th (4 weeks). \nAll classes in the month of January will take place in the Program Room at the TBNPLC. Participants are to enter and park via the Front Street Entrance. \n**Please register here! (Open to 12 participants)
