I read the article on passing the torch of ownership of Northgate Pharmacy to Richard Kelch's longtime friends and associates, Jagjit Singh and Samantha Roman. My husband & I were among the first clients at Northgate Pharmacy 20 years ago. We knew Richard from his association with Big V at Northgate before Shoppers bought out that business. We were delighted to bump into him again one day when he was in the new store trying to envision where he wanted to place his shelving and inventory. Needless to say, we have remained as clients since that day and could not be happier with the personal service and invaluable advice from his staff that we have received over many years.
We wish Sam and Jagiit every success with taking on this successful business, one in which they have become valuable members and now owners. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Northgate Pharmacy and will always enjoy chatting with Richard whenever he decides to spend some of his free time with his old customers.
