After a great final weekend of hockey and team spirit, I'm so proud to announce that the U9 Jr. Lady Sting Team Zettel are End of Year Champions!!! This amazing group of girls have improved so much throughout the season, which included them being ranked in the second Tier to start the full ice season, then to be pushed up to the 1st Tier for the final tournament and finally going undefeated in that tournament to win the Championship (BEST OF THE BEST)
Through-out the season, this group of girls embraced our teams core values of having FUN, Respecting Others and having a willingness to Learn on and off the ice. I'm confident to say that each girl has not only became a better hockey player, but they also learned some life skills and formed some lifelong friendships/bonds.
Thanks to my Coaching staff (Courtney, Meghan, Nate) for helping to get the most out of each of our girls. Special shoutout to the Den Moms for all they do before and after our ice times.
GOOOOOOO Sting!!!
Coach Shawn
