Sir: Thank you so very much for the article and photos in the March 30th edition about the absolutely awesome basketball program that just wrapped up.
The Sarnia Evangelical Missionary Church, Bluewater Baptist Church and Paterson Memorial Presbyterian Church operate the program, called Upwards Basketball.
Our granddaughter Mya has been a member the past two years. She has made a few new friends and listened to her coach most of the time. More important were the life lessons and values that will help her in the years ahead.
Thank you to all the volunteers for their time and energy.
