The Bluewater Health Foundation provided an exclusive first look today at the 2026 Dream Home Lottery grand prize, a fully furnished home on Manhattan Drive valued at $1.46 million. The winner will also have the option of taking $1 million in cash instead of the home.
This year’s lottery is one of the largest yet, offering more than 11,000 prizes with a total value of $1.95 million. Prizes include:
Grand Prize: Dream Home valued at $1.46 million or $1 million cash.
Early Bird: 2025 BMW X1 xDrive or $50,000 cash.
Dream 50/50 Add-On: Minimum jackpot of $150,000, with the winner taking half.
Dream Calendar Add-On: $84,500 in daily cash prizes throughout March and April 2026.
The public launch is set for Saturday, September 13, when residents can tour the Dream Home from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. The day will also feature local vendors, food trucks, live on-site radio coverage, and family activities in the kids’ zone, including inflatables and a cornhole contest.
Tickets start at $50 and can be purchased at the open house, online at the official lottery website, or by calling 1-844-667-3251. Proceeds support patient care in Sarnia-Lambton through the Bluewater Health Foundation.
