The judges needed five hours to tour and score each of the homes in four categories before announcing the top three winners. Each received a cash prize from Bluewater Power.
The 2016 winners are:
First: 874 Maxwell St. – Dario Liegghio, ($300)
Second: 1237 Echo Rd. – George Laird ($200)
Third: 821 Retlaw Dr. – Ace Concordia ($100)
