The City of Sarnia is reminding residents that seasonal overnight parking restrictions take effect December 1.
Vehicles parked on city streets between 2 a.m. and 5:30 a.m. will be subject to a ticket.
The annual ban is in place from December 1, 2025 through March 31, 2026. The restriction helps ensure snow removal crews can safely and efficiently clear roads during the winter months.
An exemption will be in place for New Year’s Eve only. Residents are encouraged to plan ahead and make use of driveways or alternative parking options throughout the winter season.
