Indie music fest returns to Sarnia

A three-day indie music festival known as Empty Fest returns to Sarnia for its 8 th installment, running April 21 to 23.

A three-day indie music festival known as Empty Fest returns to Sarnia for its 8^th installment, running April 21 to 23.

The music series features 13 acts, from Detroit, Toronto and Sarnia — from punk to hip hop to big band — performing on local stages at three separate venues.

Empty Fest kicks off with a free show on Thursday, April 21 at the Refined Fool followed by concerts at Liquid Johnnys and Paddy Flaherty’s.

All shows are 19+, with doors open at 9 p.m., and music beginning between 9:30 p.m. and 10 p.m. Two-day festival passes are available for $20 at the Refined Fool Brewery, or at the doors during the festival.
