Literacy Lambton is inviting applications for up to three volunteer positions on its Board of Directors.

The non-profit organization has been advancing literacy and lifelong learning across Lambton County since 1989. Through adult tutoring, digital skills training, and free family literacy programs, Literacy Lambton supports individuals of all ages in improving reading, writing, and numeracy skills.

The organization is seeking local residents with expertise in law, finance, accounting, human resources, IT, marketing, communications, fundraising, special education, or executive leadership to help guide its continued growth. Board members provide strategic direction, participate in monthly meetings, and act as ambassadors for literacy in the community.

Applicants should demonstrate a commitment to inclusion, integrity, and collaboration. A clear vulnerable sector check is required.

Interested candidates are asked to submit a letter of introduction and resume to [email protected] by Monday, January 12, 2026, at noon.
