Sarnia-Lambton welcomes its first baby of the year, born early New Year’s morning to parents Courtney Kettle and Austin Williams.
Courtney Kettle and Austin Williams welcomed the region's first baby of the year early this morning at Bluewater Health.
The couple’s son, Marsavian Joshua Williams, was born at 1:30 a.m. He arrived weighing 6 lbs 15 oz and measured 19.3 inches in length.
In keeping with a longstanding local tradition, the family received a special gift package assembled by the Children's Auxiliary. Poppies, the hospital's gift shop, also donated a celebratory package to mark the occasion.
