The Western Sarnia-Lambton Research Park has announced the addition of two new tenants, Clover IQ and Steward Group, both of which are expanding their operations with new offices at the Sarnia location. The addition of these two firms reflects the Research Park’s continued growth as a centre for professional, technological, and innovation-driven businesses.
Clover IQ, a global technology company based in Dallas, Texas, is establishing a Sarnia office to support its growing client base across Canada. The firm specializes in private wireless, 5G, and enterprise network solutions, working with organizations in the industrial, commercial, and institutional sectors to implement reliable connectivity systems.
Steward Group, a Canadian wealth management and financial advisory firm, has also opened a new office within the Research Park. The firm, which provides comprehensive financial planning and investment management services, is expanding its operations to serve a growing number of clients in Southwest Ontario.
The arrival of the new tenants is seen as a reinforcement of the Research Park's collaborative community. Dr. Katherine Albion, Executive Director of the Western Sarnia-Lambton Research Park, noted that the Park continues to attract companies that value being part of a forward-thinking business environment.
“Clover IQ and Steward Group each bring expertise that complements our existing tenants, while contributing to the strength and diversity of the local community,” Albion said.
This sentiment was echoed by Matthew Slotwinski, CEO of the Sarnia-Lambton Economic Partnership. He stated that every new business joining the Research Park strengthens the region’s reputation as a place where businesses can grow and thrive.
Slotwinski highlighted that the new firms are joining a vibrant ecosystem of cross-sectoral businesses and professional services, adding depth to the diverse, collaborative network found at the Research Park.
For the new tenants, the move represents a commitment to closer community engagement. Alex McFadden, Associate Portfolio Manager and Certified Financial Planner at Steward Group, said that opening an office in Sarnia allows them to serve clients where they live and work.
“We’re proud to be part of a community that values collaborations and local partnerships,” McFadden added.
Hunaid Lotia, CEO of Clover IQ, shared the positive view of the new location. He noted that the Western Sarnia-Lambton Research Park offers an environment that supports growth and meaningful relationships.
“We’re excited to join the community and to work alongside others who are driving innovation and progress in Sarnia-Lambton,” Lotia said.
The Research Park, which boasts over 270,000 square feet of leasable space, continues to attract organizations that value access to skilled talent, infrastructure, and a strong network of regional partners. The Park has welcomed several other new tenants in 2025, including Leadwave, Vensuris Group of Companies, All Hours Home Care, Alliance Technical Group, and CUPE Local 4370.
