The Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are reminding the public that the Bluewater International Granfondo (BIG Rides) event is set to take place this Sunday, August 4, beginning at 7 a.m., through to approximately 1:30 p.m. 

The ride will start and finish at Mike Weir Park in the City of Sarnia.

“This event attracts numerous participants from various regions and features a scenic stretch through Lambton County,” police said in a news release. “The OPP is asking the motoring public to plan-ahead and allow for extra travel time. Exercise caution, be mindful of increased bicycle traffic, and to share the road safely with cyclists.”

Lambton County OPP appreciates the community's patience and cooperation during this event.
