A Sarnia man who hid from police in a refrigerator is now chilling out in jail. City police visited a residence in the 200 block of Durand Street Monday and spotted a 20-year-old man outside wanted on six outstanding warrants.
A Sarnia man who hid from police in a refrigerator is now chilling out in jail.
City police visited a residence in the 200 block of Durand Street Monday and spotted a 20-year-old man outside wanted on six outstanding warrants.
The man went inside the building; police followed and after a short search found the suspect hiding inside the fridge.
He was arrested and awaiting a bail hearing.
The man faces 14 charges for theft, breaching probation, fraud and possession of property obtained by crime.
