The Sarnia Police Service is seeking the public’s help in locating Noel Fielder, 14, to confirm his wellbeing. Noel was last seen Thursday, October 27 in the 300 block of Murphy Road.
He is described as being 5’8”, with dark curly hair and green eyes, and was last seen wearing a black and white hat, with all black clothing.
