A St. Clair Township man is facing a number of charges following “multiple occurrences of an identified driver travelling at high rates of speed and failing to stop for police.”

Lambton OPP say officers attended an address on Brigden Road on Jan. 21 around 6:30 p.m., and arrested a 31-year-old man.

He faces two counts of flight from a peace officer; and two counts of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle.

He was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice – Sarnia at a later date.
