A 40-year-old Sarnia man has been arrested in connection with a homicide in the city’s south end last week.
Sarnia police say in the early hours of Friday, Feb. 23, the suspect was identified, located and arrested without incident, and held pending a bail hearing.
The accused faces charges of first degree murder, and indignity to a body, after police discovered a deceased male inside a residence in the area of Queen and Devine streets, on the morning of Feb. 21.
The victim has been identified as 66-year-old Christopher Michael Bond of Sarnia.
