It is with saddened hearts that the family announces the passing of Gordon Edward Bannister on Thursday, February 22, 2024 at the age of 75. Beloved husband of Thuy Tu Tran. Loving father of Kurt Bannister (Lauren Alexander). Cherished grandfather of Avery Bannister. Dear brother of Thomas Bannister and Ruth (the late Gordon) Phipps. Brother-in-law of Ha Thu Tran, Trung Viet Tran and Tu Viet Le. Predeceased by his son Stuart, parents Lorne and Irma, and brother Ralph. Cremation has taken place. In keeping with Gordon’s wishes, no services will be held. Sympathy may be expressed through donations to charity of your choice (cheques only at the funeral home please).
