Our dear Annette J Bauman (nee Joos) of Arkona passed peacefully at home with family by her side on Tuesday, March 19, 2024 – her 72nd birthday.
Over her lifetime, Annette, enjoyed living in a number of different countries and engaging in many different activities. She was a lifelong learner and loved spending time outdoors, particularly at the beach.
Beloved Mother of Tony Bauman, Kristine Beattie (David) and Troy Brundle (Sarah). Loving Grandmother to Kayla, Austin, Justin, Elizabeth and Ian. Cherished Great-Grandmother to Asher and Brant.
Dear Sister of Maria Kracht and Magda Meissner, as well as Aunt, Great-Aunt, & Great-Great-Aunt to their children and those of her brother, Robert Joos, who predeceased her. Also predeceased by her parents, Kurt and Gisela Joos.
Annette chose to donate her body to the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry, Western Univeristy and to forgo a formal memorial service and visitation.
