Dona Campbell (nee Knott), of Petrolia and formerly Lucknow, passed way peacefully with family be her side on Sunday, September 22, 2024 at Bear Creek Terrace Petrolia, she was in her 85th year. Dona was the loving wife of Arnold Campbell for 63 years. She was the proud mother of Karen (Donald) Degraw, Sandy Campbell, and Sheila (Alan) Shabsove, loved grandmother to Lindsey (T.J.) Ritchie, Laura (Jeff) Lyons, Mia Shabsove, and Sydney Shabsove and great grandmother to Olivia, Elle, and Lowen. Dona was predeceased by her parents Carmen and Caroline Knott and her grandson Tony Degraw (2007). She was loved by her many cousins. She will be missed by her sister-in-law Eileen( the late Ray) Robinson and brother-in-law Bob (the late Muriel) Cook and their families.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, September 29, 2024. From 1 to 3 p.m. at the Petrolia Lions, 415 Huggard St., Petrolia.
Cremation has taken place with interment in Alvinston Cemetery.
As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made Alzheimer’s Society (Alzheimer.ca/sarnialambton).
