Peacefully, surrounded by loving family, on Thursday, December 14, 2023, at Lambton Meadowview Villa, Lenore Alice Capeau passed away at the age of 97. Beloved wife of the late Luke Capeau (2004). Loving mother of Daniel (Susan) Rice and Andrew Capeau (Layla Cochrane). Cherished grandmother of Chrissy (Andre) Ouellette, Derek Rice (Cheryl Ladouceur), Lindsey (Jace) McCahill, Justin and Everett Capeau.
Treasured great-grandmother Brooke Campbell, Samantha (Jordan) Van Daele, Danielle Campbell (Dalton Reynolds), Dawson Feenstra (Taylor Wilkins), Josh, Kyle, and Ella Rice, Bryce and Jax McCahill. Great Great Grandmother of Steele, Reece. Ozzy, Hudson and Blake. Dear sister of Jean "Trudy" Smith and Bob (Jeannette) Percival. Predeceased by her parents John and Elizabeth Percival, sister June (Don) Harkins, and brothers Jack (Vivian), Clifford (Dorothy) and Roy (Hazel) Percival.
Lenore loved her family and friends, music, playing the banjo, camping and cheering for the Blue Jays.
A special thanks to the nurses and supporting staff at Lambton Meadowview Villa. Cremation has taken place.
A celebration of life will be held at the Sarnia Legion Saturday the 30th of December 2023 from 1pm to 4pm.
