Unexpectedly, but peacefully passed away at LHSC – University Hospital on February 24, 2024. Dear sister of Darlene (Larry) Douglass, Lorna Cope and her son Trevor Cope, Linda (Rob) Hopkins, Lonnie (Janice) Cope, Kevin (Cathy) Cope, and Lawrence (Joanne) Cope. Predeceased by her parents June and Lorne Cope, her sisters Judy Cope and Charlene Cope, her niece Stephanie Cope and nephew Jeffrey Horner. Loraine will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Special thank you to Dawn Dobbs for her care and compassion shown to Loraine over the last few years. Loraine is now reunited with her furry companion Muffin. Cremation has taken place. Interment to follow at a later date. Sympathy may be expressed through donations to the St. Vincent de Paul Society Food Back or the Inn of the Good Shepherd (cheques only at the funeral home please).
