Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family on Friday, November 21, 2025, at St. Joseph’s Hospice, Mario De Pasqua passed away at the age of 83. Beloved husband of the late Rosanna De Pasqua (nee Filippelli). Loving father of Sandra (Mike) Fullerton, Robert (Samantha) De Pasqua, and Laura (Jerek) Bowman. Treasured Nonno to Vanessa Fullerton, Lauren Fullerton, Meah Bowman and Jack Bowman. Cherished brother of Pasqualino De Pasqua, Franca Giuliano, Pina De Pasqua, and brother-in-law to Piera Tinteri (Filippelli). Loving Zio to many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Santino and Erminia De Pasqua, in-laws Luigi and Carmela Filippelli, and brother-in-law Tony Tinteri. Mario was a jack-of-all-trades, being a true handy man, and could figure anything out. He was an avid gardener and grew the best vegetables. He loved to cook and always enjoyed a good home-cooked meal over anything else, along with a glass of his homemade wine. He also loved playing soccer as well as watching his favourite teams play. Mario would do anything for anyone and would always give a helping hand. He loved his family and truly loved having everyone around. Cremation has taken place. A graveside service will be held at Our Lady of Mercy Cemetery on Saturday, November 29, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. Sympathy may be expressed through donations to St. Joseph’s Hospice (cheques only at the funeral home please).
