Peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, on September 12, 2025, at Bluewater Health, Jodi Faye Decan passed away at the age of 65.
Beloved Ma to Adam Joel Decan (Courtney). Cherished “Grandma Jodi” to Jersey and Phoenix, and loving Bonus Grandma to Quinn, Hunter, and Wyatt. Treasured sister to Carla, Carlo (Sue), and Gina (Bill). Dear Aunt to Michael (Kate), Jaylene (Dwayne), Jillian, Brandon (Jessica), and Nick (Steve). Loving Great-Aunt to Mykenna, Parker, Jackson, Trevor, Everett, Kade, and Brycen. Special friend to Cathy and Kevin. Predeceased by her parents Betty and Joe Decan, and brothers Joel and Deno.
Jodi will be remembered for her amazing smile, her contagious laugh, and the love she gave so freely to all those around her.
The family extends heartfelt thanks to the doctors and nurses of the 5th Floor at Blue Water Health for their care and compassion, and a very special thank you to PSW Jamie—Jodi loved you and was grateful for the kindness and dedication you showed her.
Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Jodi’s Life will be held at the Sarnia Legion on Friday, September 19, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
