Jennifer Ann Fleming (née Greathead) had a way of making people feel welcome, whether you had known her for years or had just met her moments before. On January 7, 2026, Jenn passed away at Bluewater Health, leaving behind a wide circle of family, friends, and community members who were better for having known her.

Jenn was a devoted mother to Nick (Rhiannon) and Ben (Leiby), and an especially proud grandmother to Elizabeth, Madeleine and Logan. She will also be lovingly remembered by her mother Barbara, brother Will, sister Joan, and family Katie, Lucy, Hayden, Susan and Lee, as well as many friends whose lives she touched along the way.

Warm, nurturing, and endlessly kind, Jenn had a gift for connection and had a rare knack for turning strangers into friends. Art, music, shared interests, and good conversation were often the starting point for so many of the friendships she held dear. She was also an artist at heart, exploring creativity through many mediums, and found joy in local heritage, community gatherings, and volunteering to support her passions.

The family is deeply grateful to the staff of the Palliative Care Ward at Bluewater Health, Tina at Ontario Health atHome, and all who supported Jenn’s care with compassion, dignity, and kindness.

Cremation has taken place, and a Celebration of Jenn’s Life will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, those wishing to honour Jenn’s memory are invited to consider a donation to the youth programs at the Judith & Norman Alix Art Gallery (JNAAG), or to an arts or music non-profit close to their heart. Online condolences and memories may be shared at sarniacremationservices.com.
